Preparing the pizza with figs and goat cheese

  1. Put the water in a large bowl and mix with yeast.Let stand a few minutes to dissolve.

  6. Preheat oven to 220 ° C (strong).Roll out the pizza dough into a circle about ½ cm thick. Place in a pre-greased pizza pan.
