The bomblet are a specialty of the cuisine of Puglia : these are slices of pork loin stuffed with minced meat and caciocavallo. For a delicious meat dish, follow our recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Pork – 8 thin slices of loin or chest
  • Beef – 150 g chopped
  • Eggs – 1
  • Caciocavallo – 40g
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparing pugliesi bombette

Put salt, pepper and parsley on each slice of meat. Mix the minced meat with egg and salt. Then have a bit of ground meat or diced caciocavallo the center of each slice of meat. Roll each slice to create a roulade, take kebab skewer pikes and the bomblet. Finally, bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
