Dream stuffed with cream
Ingredients

Massa:

• 500 g wheat flour
• 3 fresh yeast tablets for bread
• 1/2 cup (tea) of margarine
• 1/2 cup (tea) plus 1 tablespoon (soup) of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 cup (American) water
• Vanilla extract drops to taste
• Oil for frying

Filling:

• 1/2 liter of milk
• 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) sugar
• 2 tablespoons (dessert) flour
• 4 egg yolks
• Vanilla extract drops to taste

Preparation

Massa:

1. Dissolve yeast in half the warm water and add 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour.
2. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to form a soft dough well.
4. Let stand another 10 minutes.
5. Make medium balls with the dough and arrange them on a greased baking sheet.
6. Cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled in volume. Fry in hot oil until golden brown slightly.

Filling:

1. Boil the milk with half the sugar.
2. Add the remaining sugar with the sifted flour and stir constantly.
3. Put the eggs and vanilla and cook until it forms a smooth and thicker cream.
4. Let cool and fill the hot dreams.
5. Sprinkle with icing sugar to taste and serve in paper cups.

Dream stuffed with guava

Ingredients

• 1 envelope active dry yeast
• 1/2 cup of warm milk tea
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar soup
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract coffee
• zest of 1 lemon
• 250 g of unsalted butter at room temperature
• 1 slightly beaten egg
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• refined sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle
• 1 guava package

Preparation

1. Dissolve yeast in milk, add egg, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and stir
2. Then, add the butter and the flour gradually until the dough drop of hands and is smooth
3. Bring to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in volume
4. Make small balls, open them, fill with a small piece of guava and close again
5. Fry in hot oil dreams, until golden brown.

Ingredients

Massa:

• 3 eggs
• Yeast 2 tablets (30 g)
• 1 cup (tea) of margarine
• 1 cup (tea) sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 9 and 1/2 cups (tea), wheat flour (about 1 kg)
• 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
• 2 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate / chocolate powder

Brigadier:

• 2 cans of condensed milk
• 150 g of chopped semisweet chocolate
• 1 tablespoon (soup) of margarine
• 1/2 cup (tea) of milkPreparation

Massa:

1. In a bowl, place the eggs, baking powder, margarine, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, one cup of flour and half a cup of milk.
2. Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and work the dough on a floured flat surface and, until it is homogenous.
4. Let stand for 10 minutes.
5. Model dreams and let rest on a lightly greased baking dish with margarine until doubled in size, about 20 minutes.
6. Fry in oil for about 1 minute

Brigadier:

1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, chopped chocolate, margarine and milk.
2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until unglued from the bottom of the pot. Let cool.
3. Cut in half and stuff dreams.
